Job Description As a legal counsel for the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, one of your main tasks will be to handle and make decisions in review cases where initial decisions have been made by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's local facilities, including prisons and remand facilities. You will also participate in coordinating and developing case law in Swedish Prison and Probation Service legal matters and be responsible for daily legal advice to local and regional levels. You will represent the Swedish Prison and Probation Service in court proceedings regarding client decisions. You may also handle cases involving compensation for damage.
