The HR Generalist Role In this role as an HR Generalist, you will work broadly within HR with a special focus on talent acquisition. You coordinate and drive recruitment processes in close collaboration with managers throughout the organization. You will also work with competency development together with the HR Manager. You are responsible for on- and offboarding processes as well as coordinating HR-driven initiatives. You will also work with employment law, collective agreements, workplace environment, and well-being, providing ongoing support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. You contribute to developing and streamlining work routines and processes and participate in work with internal policies and guidelines. The role will also support regional employers in the association and serve as backup for administrative tasks related to payroll management. You may be involved in other development work together with the HR team. The role is both operational and development-oriented, which means you are expected to drive the work forward and ensure that things get done, while also being comfortable with and taking responsibility for the administrative work that is a natural part of the HR function. To meet the requirements of this role, we see that you have: academic education in HR/behavioral science or equivalent work experience with broad HR work where management support has been part of your responsibilities experience working with competency-based recruitment of both generalists and specialists high digital maturity and experience working with data-driven HR In addition, it is advantageous if you have: good understanding and/or interest in the possibilities of digitalization within the HR field experience with and/or knowledge of equality and inclusion issues experience with and/or engagement in civil society Your personal qualities are important for you to thrive with us.
