For the other position, which is an expansion of our team, we are looking for someone who wants to work broadly within the entire area of negotiation and labor law. Experience leading and coordinating major, organization-wide processes. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. About the Role As a procurement specialist, you are part of the Procurement, Facilities and Archives Unit. The procurement function consists of four procurement specialists who work closely with the agency's operations throughout the procurement process. In the IT department, there are also three IT procurement officers with whom we collaborate closely. They make calls-off from framework agreements but do not conduct procurements. You lead and conduct procurements and call-offs in close dialogue with requesters and requirement owners. Our procurements vary in scope and complexity, and a large portion of our purchases involve IT-related services, which is why experience with IT procurement is important. The role contains both strategic and operational work where you can use your experience to create business-appropriate and sustainable solutions. Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in public procurement who feels confident leading procurement processes – from needs and operational analysis to implementation, contracts, and follow-up. You are used to building good relationships, you communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and have an easy time adapting your message to different audiences. As a person, you are proactive, structured, and quality-conscious. You work independently but also appreciate collaborating with others. Since you will have many contact points within the agency, it is important that you are responsive, unpretentious, and have a consultative working style.
