BOND is part of H.K.H. Crown Princess Victoria's Children's and Adolescent Hospital, where we collaborate closely with our other care units. BOND is one of six oncology centers in Sweden, serving the Southeastern Hospital Region. The pediatric oncology unit also includes day care services and an outpatient clinic. These operations are integrated with the inpatient ward and run in close collaboration with BOND. Staff teams work closely together with knowledge sharing between units as needed.

Job Description
As a registered nurse at BOND, H.K.H. Crown Princess Victoria's Children's and Adolescent Hospital, you work according to our values – always putting children first. At BOND, we diagnose and treat children and adolescents with oncological and serious hematological diseases, children and adolescents requiring neurosurgical interventions, and children and adolescents with diabetes. This makes our work highly varied and stimulating. No two days are alike, and there are excellent opportunities for professional development in pediatric and adolescent care. We care for children and adolescents with oncological, neurosurgical, and diabetes conditions, with access to two intermediate care beds for our most medically complex and critically ill children and adolescents. With nine care beds, we care for children and adolescents aged 0-18 years. The entire family is an important part of the care process. We continuously work on care development to ensure our patients receive the best care and we strive for high patient safety.
The position involves rotating day, evening, and night shifts. You have the opportunity to influence your work schedule and pay through individual scheduling and a points system, which can reduce working hours to as low as 32 h/week.

About You
We're looking for a registered nurse with or without previous professional experience.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-focused, and reliable. You adapt easily to new conditions and can handle varying workloads. You are organized and can prioritize and make quick decisions when needed. Naturally, you have strong collaboration skills and contribute with a positive and professional approach to your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Experience working with children and specialist training in pediatric care is a merit but not required.
Since you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
You are organized and can prioritize and make quick decisions when needed. Naturally, you have strong collaboration skills and contribute with a positive and professional approach to your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
