Duties: In your role as a priest in the Örebro Pastorate's Swedish-Finnish ministry, you will celebrate Mass regularly, both in Finnish and Swedish. In Swedish-Finnish work, you are responsible for services, church rites, pastoral care, teaching, services at senior care facilities, and devotions in various settings. As Operations Manager/Director, you will have a central and significant role in leading and developing our operation with approximately 80 supported apartments. You will have overall responsibility for operations, quality, safety, and development, and will be an important driving force in the facility's continued development.
