The Psychiatric Clinic is part of the Division of Psychiatry and Functional Disabilities. The clinic's mission is to provide specialized psychiatric care to adults with severe mental health issues in southern and western Sörmland.

The Psychiatric Clinic is a small, well-functioning clinic located on the hospital grounds, which enables collaboration with somatic care. The clinic consists of inpatient care, outpatient care, and acute services.
Your Responsibilities
The Psychiatric Clinic is under development and is launching a new Specialist Psychiatric Care Team as a development of the mobile services.
The role of Coordination Coordinator involves an important assignment for collaboration and cooperation between Mobile Acute Psychiatry and other psychiatric healthcare services.
We are now seeking a colleague for the team as Coordination Coordinator, which means that in your role you will be responsible for distributing and coordinating the level of care between prehospital acute mobility and specialist psychiatric care interventions. You receive referral requests and conduct referral conferences, distribute cases, manage logistics between the different mobile services, and are also responsible for treatment conferences regarding cases in the Team together with other colleagues and the responsible physician. Administrative tasks including statistics and follow-up are included.
Your Qualifications
Licensed nurse or nursing assistant/caregiver with professional credentials.
Good knowledge of the clinic's operations is meriting.

Driver's license category B
