Vårdcentralen Ljungsbro currently has approximately 10,900 registered patients with specialist clinics in child health, diabetes, elderly care, asthma/COPD, wound care, and incontinence. Job Description The counseling clinic is central for assessment and treatment of mental health at the healthcare center, and staff work closely with other professional groups. Over the past year we have worked with CBT, internet-based CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic/relational therapy. We are looking for you to work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in primary care. The primary care mission includes assessing and treating mild to moderate stress, burnout syndrome, depression, worry, anxiety, sleep issues, crises, PTSD, and chronic pain. We also have the mission to conduct initial screening for neuropsychiatric difficulties ahead of potential psychiatric referral. The role also includes a consultative function for other professions, participation in various meetings, rehabilitation teams for sick leave processes, etc. We also work with telephone counseling. Counselors receive regular supervision. We strive to offer group treatment and lectures. Work Group We are approximately 40 employees who enjoy working together in an open work environment. In addition to you as curator/psychologist, the counseling clinic consists of a psychiatric nurse, a counseling therapist, and a rehabilitation coordinator who also serves as section leader. About You You are trained as a psychologist, social worker, or have other relevant higher education. You are expected to have level 1 CBT certification. It is beneficial if you have experience working with internet-based CBT. You master Swedish language in speech and writing, equivalent to C1 level. For this position we are looking for someone with good collaboration skills and who can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. Furthermore, you feel confident in your professional role and are accustomed to making independent decisions. We want you to be unpretentious and enjoy working in teams.
