Your work is about creating direction, motivation, and progression. In the role, you work closely with participants through observation, follow-up, and assessment of work capacity. You contribute important information in work capacity assessments and have an important function in identifying development and needs. Together with our multi-competent team, you follow up on participants' progression, goal achievement, and continued planning to create individually tailored interventions that make a real difference.
