About the Job Would you like to work with land and development matters in a role where you have significant responsibility, short decision-making processes, and the opportunity to grow together with an expanding company? Our client is in a growth phase with several exciting projects and framework agreements. We are therefore strengthening the team and looking for you to work on issues within development, real estate law, surveying, land negotiations, and project management. Here you will have the opportunity to work with both public and private clients on projects ranging from early concepts and planning processes, land negotiations and contract preparation, to implementation and follow-up. Job Description As a land and development consultant, you will work broadly within the built environment sector and be involved in several parts of the planning and development process. Assignments vary in scope and complexity and are carried out for both municipalities and private developers. Your work tasks may include: • Consulting on land, development, and real estate law matters • Detailed planning work and planning processes • Real estate law analyses and development budgets • Contract preparation • Analysis of property holdings and land negotiations • Contact with municipalities, authorities, and other stakeholders • Support in surveying matters and property development projects • Participation in or responsibility for consulting assignments at municipal operations No two weeks are the same. You will work with both strategic and operational matters in close collaboration with clients and colleagues. Qualifications We are looking for someone with education in, for example: • Surveying • Built Environment/Urban Development • Real Estate Law • Law with relevant specialization • Planning and Urban Design or other equivalent education. It is an advantage if you have experience with land and development matters from a municipality, consulting firm, or other related sector, but we also welcome you if you are early in your career. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. Who Are You?
