Axentia is a leading supplier of systems and hardware for information displays to public transportation operators. With their headquarters at Mjärdevi Science Park in Linköping, they are in an exciting growth phase and currently work with customers around the world. This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Axentia for 6 months. The intention is that you will eventually become a direct employee of theirs, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Duties As a Technical Coordinator, you are part of Axentia's Support & Service team and have overall responsibility for collaboration with external service partners. You are responsible for the entire service flow for products repaired in the field – from when the case is registered in the support system to when the repair is completed. You are the link between the customer, service partner, production, and internal departments, and ensure that service cases are handled according to established time and quality requirements. The role combines administrative and technical tasks with good opportunities to influence and develop Axentia's approach to service and partnerships. In this role, you will, among other things: Receive, coordinate, and follow up on service cases via the support system Ensure the correct service partner, warranty conditions, and that cases are handled according to agreed SLAs Plan and coordinate service assignments in dialogue with service partners and internal departments Maintain ongoing contact with the customer and ensure clear feedback throughout the case Follow up on repairs regarding quality, time, and cost, and compile statistics Work closely with production regarding needs and delivery of spare parts Contribute to improvement processes related to working methods and procedures for the team and in Axentia's support systems. We are looking for someone who has: Experience with technical service and repair work, preferably in field service Good technical understanding within hardware, electrical, or similar technical areas Experience in roles involving customer contact, both verbal and written Familiarity with working in support, case management, or business systems Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good computer skills and knowledge of Office and Windows environments Merits: Knowledge or understanding within software development Additional language skills, for example German, French, or Spanish Previous experience working in field service Beyond this, we believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role of Technical Coordinator.
