You receive and handle incoming alarms of various types – such as fire alarms, burglary alarms, operational disruptions, and technical failures – as well as monitor camera feeds and answer incoming calls. Each situation requires quick and correct decisions, and you are responsible for initiating the right action based on the nature and severity of the event. As an alarm operator, you function as the hub of our entire operation. You coordinate responses, maintain ongoing contact with both internal and external resources, and ensure that information flows efficiently between all parties involved. The work requires high stress tolerance, accuracy, and the ability to stay calm even in pressured situations. You will work in an environment where technology and communication are your primary tools, and where your commitment contributes directly to safety and security for both people and operations. Who are you? We see that you have solid experience in service professions and are accustomed to meeting customers and finding solutions to various challenges. You work seamlessly with computer and telephone as your primary tools.
