Machine Operator Needed for Upcoming Assignment in Trollhättan/Uddevalla

Uniflex is now recruiting operators for upcoming assignments within industry and production in the Trollhättan area, including Uddevalla. You will be employed by Uniflex and assigned to a client. Work hours and tasks may vary depending on which client the assignment is with. Shift work and work during evenings and/or weekends may occur. About the Position In the role as an operator, you will work practically in production with a focus on safe operations, quality, and efficiency. The work is varied and performed in close collaboration with colleagues in production, maintenance, and management. You will often be part of a shift team and have ongoing dialogue with the shift supervisor. The role involves significant individual responsibility where you are expected to contribute to a well-functioning and safe production flow. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the advertisement period ends. Your Responsibilities The work is often physical and takes place in an active production environment where you may need to handle machinery, materials, and technical equipment daily. Any downtime, errors, or deviations must be reported immediately to the responsible management. Order and cleanliness are a natural and important part of daily work, and procedures and methods are followed up and continuously developed. You are also expected to actively participate in improvement work with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient working methods. Possible work tasks include: - Operating, monitoring, and handling machinery and production equipment - Receiving and inspecting materials as well as handling deviations - Performing checks related to process and quality - Sorting and proper material handling during production - Operating a wheel loader and/or forklift - Minor maintenance tasks related to operator responsibility - Ensuring that the work environment, production, and areas are kept clean and organized - Following applicable instructions, procedures, and safety regulations Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a practical approach who enjoys working in a production-focused role.
