About the Role As a Boat Builder in Stockholm, you will build and repair boat hulls, decks, and interiors using materials such as wood, fiberglass, and aluminum. The role combines craftsmanship with technical understanding — from mold making and lamination to engine installation and electrical and plumbing system installation — and is perfect for you if you want to create durable and beautiful boats. What You Will Do Build and repair hulls, decks, and interiors according to drawings Perform mold making, lamination, and surface sanding Install engines and connect electrical and plumbing systems Perform surface treatment and finishing for aesthetic and functional quality Use hand and power tools safely Conduct quality checks and ensure durability Collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly during project transitions What You Bring Trade education in boat building, carpentry, or equivalent practical experience Experience working with wood, fiberglass, and/or aluminum as well as lamination techniques Knowledge of engine, electrical, and plumbing installation or experience collaborating with specialists Driver's license (Category B) or another way to get to work sites You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver top quality, every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Form Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or contract work.
