As a section chief in children and family services, you will be responsible for social services operations regarding the exercise of authority over children and youth. The role includes leading and distributing work within the team with responsibility for finances, personnel, and work environment within the section. Systematic work environment management is an important part of the section chief's mandate and aims to create the best possible conditions for the team's employees. You will develop competence, engagement, and work satisfaction in collaboration with managers and employees. The senior case handler's mandate is to support colleagues in complicated cases and participate in the introduction of new employees. The work team includes a mix of experienced and new employees.
