Enebacken's child and family institution will be expanding its operations this fall to meet the need for services for families. The new building will allow the organization to receive more families, and we are therefore expanding our work groups within assessment and treatment both at the institution and in home environments. Do you want to work closely with children and young people in complex family systems – in their actual everyday life – while being part of a tightly collaborating team? We are now seeking child and youth treatment specialists who want to work integratively together with family therapists, the child's network, and commissioners to create lasting change around the child. Job Responsibilities IFH works intensively and flexibly in families' home environments. The target group for IFH is families with complex issues. The assignment includes deepening knowledge of the child's needs, the parent's abilities, and implementing interaction and relationship-based treatment adapted to the family's needs. We combine family systems therapy with everyday, practical support for children and young people aged 0–18. As a child/youth treatment specialist, you work together with family therapists and the child's network – in the home, school, and leisure settings – to strengthen the child's everyday skills, self-esteem, and sense of security, while the parent's parenting abilities develop. In IFH, we work with coordination between family, network, school, leisure activities, and commissioners – to create structure, security, and shared strategies around the child. You will be part of a developing team where you actively contribute to shaping and strengthening our work approach. The team consists of 8 family therapists and one coordinator and is part of Enebacken's child and family institution. Why IFH? Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications, such as a degree in social work, behavioral science, social pedagogy, or another education that the employer deems equivalent. You should have experience working with children and young people, as well as families with complex issues. Experience working in home environments and other everyday contexts is also important. Good ability to document and communicate professionally in speech and writing, and a valid driver's license (Class B). About the Workplace Enebacken is a municipal child and family institution in Malmö that receives families with children aged 0–12 (and up to 18 years through Enebacken hemma) for treatment, assessment, or emergency placements. We employ social workers, social pedagogues, coordinators, a psychologist, and many others – an entire team passionate about children's right to a safe and developing everyday life. At Enebacken, there are currently four section managers, five coordinators, and after the expansion, 27 treatment specialists and 26 assessment specialists will work at the institution and in home environments, plus 12 night staff.
