This is a rare opportunity to not only work within the structure, but to help create it. This is a shift position with 12-hour shifts, which means approximately 12–13 shifts per month distributed across weekdays, weekends, and nights. About the role You have a central role in ensuring the daily operations of the facility, in an environment where quick decisions, correct priorities, and strict adherence to procedures are critical.
