Your Assignment With Us Uppasalahem's Maintenance Unit is in an exciting development phase and is now seeking additional project managers who can drive our maintenance projects. In your role as a maintenance project manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing projects in our existing residential portfolio, from project planning through completion and handover. Projects vary in scope and content, but often consist of maintenance measures within individual technical areas such as roofing, windows, facades, relining, installations, or other planned maintenance initiatives. You will manage multiple projects in parallel and have overall responsibility for the projects' budget, schedule, quality, and execution. You will work closely with property managers, contractors, consultants, and other internal functions to ensure that projects are carried out in a business-like, efficient, and sustainable manner. Many of our projects are executed with tenants remaining in their homes, which requires careful planning, communication, and coordination. You have experience from the construction and/or real estate industry and enjoy taking responsibility, coordinating different parties, and driving matters forward.
