About the Role As Head of Health & Safety, you are responsible for developing, leading, and monitoring Coor's strategic agenda in health, work environment, and safety in the Nordics. You ensure common and business-oriented management of the area with a focus on safety culture, common ways of working, KPIs, and continuous improvement. The role has Nordic responsibility and also includes functional responsibility for Health & Safety in Sweden. You lead through influence, collaboration, and expertise and work closely with corporate leadership, country organizations, business areas, and specialist functions throughout the Nordics. You report to the Director HR & Communications, are part of the HR Management Team, and lead common H&S governance through, among other things, Coor's H&S Board. Your Assignment In this role, you are responsible for, among other things: Driving and further developing Coor's strategic work in Health & Safety in the Nordics. Developing and anchoring a strong and proactive safety culture throughout the organization. Ensuring that Health & Safety is integrated into Coor's service delivery and business development. Setting goals, KPIs, and follow-up models, and translating results, risks, and incidents into improvement measures. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, regulations, and internal governance documents. Developing common ways of working, training, and change initiatives within H&S. Supporting operations with specialist expertise, strategic guidance, and best practices. Contributing to major customer starts, procurements, integration projects, and M&A processes. Setting direction, priorities, and follow-up for H&S work in Sweden together with operations and HSEQ functions. Who Are You? You have solid experience leading and developing Health & Safety work in larger organizations and thrive in a role where you create results through collaboration, influence, and strategic leadership. You are experienced in working closely with leadership, specialists, and operations, and have the ability to translate strategy into practical ways of working that deliver long-term results. As a person, you are communicative, business-minded, and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to health, work environment, and safety. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has Documented experience from a senior role in Health & Safety, work environment, or a related area. Experience developing and implementing strategies, governance, and change initiatives within Health & Safety. Experience driving development in larger and complex organizations. Experience with matrix organizations and functional leadership. Good knowledge of work environment legislation, risk management, regulatory compliance, and relevant regulations. Experience in project and change management. An academic degree in, for example, work environment, HR, sustainability, engineering, business, or another relevant field. Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
