HOME CARE SERVICES Working Hours: The operation has two different shifts per day and you will work one of them as needed. Day 07.30-16.30 Evening 15.00-22.00 Work Schedule: We require that you are available to work at least 3 shifts per week on an ongoing basis, and we prefer that you can work more than that as we strive for maximum continuity in our operations. The organization also provides companion services, respite care services, and residential support. The operation consists of only two large teams and you can work in either one depending on your interest and competence: The Dementia Team focuses on clients with dementia where severity levels vary. The Specialist Team focuses on mental health issues, ongoing substance abuse, and also includes residential support. We use the time reporting system Paragå where employees log in and out from each client visit using a mobile phone and NFC tags, and document directly on site in the client's record. Paragå monitors logins via GPS. Where We Are Located and How You Get to Clients We have clients in 8 different districts and you start and end your work shift from Södermalm where we have our office. You travel to clients by public transportation or on foot (the organization has no vehicles). An SL card is a requirement for this position.
