You provide good care and social support to the elderly in their daily life. This includes, among other things: Performing healthcare interventions, such as administering medications according to delegation decisions. Performing social interventions according to support decisions such as personal care and transfers. Collaborating with others in the team and maintaining contact with family members while keeping the patient's wishes and needs in focus. Documenting in social records - Documentation system: Parasol.
