Real Estate Developer

About the Role As a Real Estate Developer, you will lead SISAB's early-stage projects to create new educational facilities and ensure that existing school and preschool premises are maintained to meet the city's need for school spaces. The role also includes responsibility for acquiring and selling land rights and properties, initiating, driving, and leading real estate development projects, and managing facility leasing. As a Real Estate Developer, you will work broadly with everything from feasibility analyses and pre-studies to identifying and negotiating new land allocations. You will also work on strategic development projects within the department. About Your Background We are seeking someone with a degree in architecture, civil engineering in civil construction, or surveying. You have at least five years of relevant work experience and strong knowledge of property law, real estate economics, and property transactions. We consider it advantageous if you have experience with CAD or similar systems as well as school planning experience. We would appreciate it if you have an understanding of Stockholm's various objectives, perspectives, and priorities for urban planning and civil construction.
