Work Tasks The work essentially involves providing service to our customers before and after their journey. This includes selling tickets and informing about our travel conditions, as well as taking care of our passengers when something goes wrong. In other words, you will be an important part of our customer interactions. You will also work in our customer service where you are the customer's first contact via phone and chat. Your main task is to provide correct and up-to-date travel information and to answer questions about public transportation. You will work alternately in all of our customer service stores. Your main location is Falkenberg, but work also occurs in Varberg and Halmstad. Working hours vary and weekend service is included. Some work involves working alone. As a temporary employee, we can never guarantee how many shifts you will receive. However, experience shows that between two and three shifts per week is normal.
