Together with regular nurses, you are responsible for ensuring that our residents' healthcare needs are met. As a nurse, you are responsible for and lead the nursing work. This means that independently, in team collaboration, and in partnership with the resident and their loved ones, you are responsible for assessment, diagnostics, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. An important task is also to supervise, support, and educate other nursing staff and be a good role model for your colleagues. About Fyllinge Elderly Residence Fyllinge has 54 modern apartments distributed across six units, two units specializing in dementia care and four units with somatic care focus.
