Eye Clinic, Nyköping Hospital About Us Region Sörmland's eye clinic is a regional clinic with departments at hospitals in Eskilstuna, Nyköping, and Katrineholm. We perform approximately 60,000 visits per year and conduct both surgical and outpatient activities including emergency services. Nyköping is a clinic with approximately 28 staff members. Your Responsibilities As a nurse or master optician at our eye clinic, you will have varied and diverse work. The clinic's tasks include preparing patients for doctor visits with various examinations, and you may also have your own independent clinics—for example, fundus photography and visual field testing. A large patient group with us consists of those with macular degeneration problems. These conditions are treated with intravitreal injections, which our nurses perform after training. Consultations via TeleQ are also part of your responsibilities as a nurse/master optician, though this becomes relevant after you have gained some experience with our operations. At our eye clinic, it is important to us to give you a thorough introduction and training so you feel confident when you start working independently. You will have a mentor whom you can always turn to with questions and concerns, and of course other colleagues are always nearby. Social Secretary for the Children's Unit at Sundbyberg Municipality

Our focus is to conduct good social work. For us in the Children's Unit, this means creating investigation processes that are conducive to families' change work. When interventions are needed, support and treatment are offered at home as much as possible, and we emphasize network work. We are now looking for you who want to take on the challenge of working as a social secretary with children and their families and participating in our development work. Your tasks include investigating, documenting, assessing, making decisions, and following up interventions in accordance with applicable legislation. The work involves conversations and collaboration with children, their families, and external actors such as healthcare, schools, and police. You also work in close collaboration with colleagues within the sector. Current legislation and regulations in the field guide your work. You will also participate in the department's quality and development work. We want you to be trained as a social worker and have experience exercising authority in the child and/or youth field. We want you to have training and experience working according to BBiC. You are responsible and have good collaboration skills. You need to be attentive, and in stressful situations it is important that you have the ability to maintain a professional approach and demeanor. You are structured and like to seek information to find answers to various questions. It is also important that you have an interest in learning more and developing within the field. Since documentation is an important part of the work, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language and good administrative skills. Our Operations Psychiatric Unit 3B provides specialized psychiatric inpatient care for patients with affective disorders such as severe depression, bipolar disorder, personality syndromes, and severe anxiety disorders. We are located in modern facilities where inpatient care, outpatient care, and acute psychiatric care are all under one roof. Enabling recovery and health are important aspects of nursing care in a psychiatric unit. A clear focus on person-centered care allows individuals' own stories to shape the care provided. On the unit, we work in two care teams where a nurse, together with two nursing assistants, is responsible for half of the patients on the unit. As a lead nurse, you guide the daily nursing work. At the end of each shift, we have reflection sessions with the work group. We also have nursing rounds every week and regular supervision for the nursing team. Together, we develop a care plan with current and planned interventions, which are continuously evaluated. The unit has close and well-functioning cooperation with outpatient care, which ensures safe discharge with good follow-up and treatment even after discharge. We are a fun and diverse team of about 30 people consisting of nurses, both with basic and specialist training, a coordinating nurse, nursing assistants, assistants, and doctors at various levels. Your Assignment You are responsible for psychiatric and somatic nursing care. You conduct nursing assessments, perform treatment measures, manage medication administration, and maintain contact with family members and care providers. You document in the Cosmic journal system, supervise nursing students, and introduce new employees. Together with the nursing assistants in your care team, you prepare and conduct daily rounds on the unit. You are a key person who, together with your nursing colleagues, leads and distributes the work on the unit. Work days with us can look very different. Sometimes the pace is calmer and you can spend a lot of time talking with or activating patients, while other days can include acute situations of various kinds or coercive measures, when you as a lead nurse need to make quick decisions and handle stressful situations. Your Qualifications and Competence We are looking for someone who is a basic trained nurse who is either newly educated or has a few years of experience in the profession. What is important is that you want to learn more about psychiatry, that you are open, curious, and genuinely interested in people. The Support and Care Section is responsible for municipal services for individuals with various types of physical and mental disabilities. Our section operates residential facilities, residential support, day activities, personal assistance, accompaniment, and more. The immediate team consists of a section manager, nine unit managers, and three administrative assistants. The administrative assistants and unit managers work in shared offices, which creates excellent conditions for collaboration and collegial learning. Are you a structured and solution-oriented person who thrives with varied administrative tasks? RESPONSIBILITIES As an administrative assistant, you are an extension of the employer function, meaning you provide both operational and management support. You are part of a group of three administrators with similar assignments. Within scheduling, administration, and staffing, your primary tasks will be to manage the daily handling of temporary staff and work with scheduling and administration.
