You who are applying should naturally share our common values. About the Operations: Vallentuna has two SABOs (elderly care facilities) run in-house, Korallen and Väsbygårdens care homes. The health and nursing staff work closely together between the facilities and share a common unit manager. We are now seeking a nursing care manager to a somatic unit at SÄBO. You work in a multidisciplinary team together with nurses, physicians, care staff, rehabilitation personnel, and a dietitian. Job Responsibilities: Do you want independent and varied work where you make a real difference in people's everyday lives? As a nurse at SÄBO, you have overall responsibility where the work involves acute and planned interventions for residents. The role includes supervision, training, and work leadership in care for facility staff. In your role, you will create and maintain good relationships with residents, relatives, and other professional categories. During evenings and weekends, the on-duty nurse also has a consulting assignment at the municipality's various LSS activities. This includes, for example, telephone consultation with advice for staff working there. Common tasks include, for example, prescribing medication as needed. Nurses' working hours are distributed during daytime and evenings until 7 PM, as well as every fifth weekend on a rotating schedule. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of professional experience Experience working with people with cognitive disorders Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) Driver's license (Category B) Personal Qualities: You work toward results, demonstrate reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work. You strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information.
