We are now seeking a nursing assistant for our home care services in Sveg. You will work together with your colleagues to carry out the support services required during each shift. We work based on consistent care contacts where you, as a caregiver for our clients, serve as an important link between different healthcare providers and family members.

Job Responsibilities
The duties consist of support services in the client's home according to assistance decisions (SOL) and care plans (HSL). As a nursing assistant, you will carry out planned interventions based on the client's needs and individual implementation plans.
- You work with typical care and support tasks using a salutogenic approach.
- You are the primary contact for the resident and therefore have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
- You participate in care planning and maintain social documentation.
- You contribute to the development of the operation and work with our core values, which are an important part of elderly care.
The work involves day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Trained nursing assistant.
- Class B driver's license.
Working with care for the elderly and adults with disabilities requires a criminal background check.
Merits:
- Experience in home care.
Desirable:
- Experience with VIVA and Intraphone systems as well as the quality register BPSD.
