DUTIES As a diabetes nurse at Söderhamn Din hälsocentral, you are responsible for the daily operations of the diabetes clinic. You work independently with patient consultations while being part of a multiprofessional team with close collaboration with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and other professionals to provide patients with safe and high-quality care.
