Vårdbo is a small, family-like residence with 33 beds distributed across 4 departments: 3 dementia units and 1 somatic unit. About the Role The position is 80-95% on a rotating 6-week schedule with shifts every third weekend. Shifts are scheduled daytime on weekdays 08:00-16:00 and weekends 08:00-14:00. Full-time is 37 hours/week. You will have nursing responsibility for 2 departments, which includes patient safety work, assessment of residents' health conditions, support for family members, and guidance and mentoring for nursing assistants/care staff. You work as part of a team consisting of registered nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and rehabilitation personnel. We work with several quality registries including Senior Alert, BPSD, and the Palliative Care Registry. As a registered nurse at our residences, you will have varied work where you both work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, and where you also make assessments and decisions about interventions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing excellent palliative care. You will have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations. Qualifications Requirements: • Licensed registered nurse • At least 5 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years in elderly care • You have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language in both speaking and writing Merits if you also have: • Experience from working in private care operations • Experience in mentoring • Education in geriatrics What Can We Offer You?
