About the Role As a Career Coach, you will support individuals facing changes in their working lives—this may include job coaching for the unemployed, career transitions, new career paths, or retraining needs. Participants may or may not require health-adjusted services. You will work closely with participants through individual meetings, follow-ups, and continuous coaching.
