Experience We are looking for someone with experience in the construction industry who enjoys practical and varied work. You have good knowledge of building construction and preferably experience with carpentry work, renovations, or facade work. A carpenter's license is a merit, but we also value someone who has developed equivalent skills through work experience. As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and accustomed to working independently. You have a solution-oriented approach to work and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace through professional conduct toward both clients and colleagues. Salary and Employment Terms You will be employed under the collective agreement Byggavtalet, which includes: - Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on the project - Insurance - Reduced working hours - Wellness benefit You will initially be employed for six months. If everything works out and we are satisfied with each other, your employment will transition to a permanent position. Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.
