About the Department Imaging and Functional Medicine is a regional clinic with X-ray facilities in Avesta, Borlänge, Falun, Ludvika, and Mora, as well as mammography services. We employ approximately 240 people from various professional categories and perform approximately 200,000 examinations and treatments annually. We now want to expand our staffing pool within Imaging and Functional Medicine Dalarna. We are committed to further developing our operations to increase accessibility, ensure our wait times align with medical priorities, actively work toward adequate staffing, and increase flexibility for our employees. We are now seeking a radiologic technologist interested in working in our staffing pool. Work can be based from all hospital locations (Avesta, Borlänge, Falun, Ludvika, Mora). Your daily workplace varies and is arranged in coordination with the department. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop professionally, is flexible, enjoys varied tasks, and appreciates a dynamic work environment. We offer a permanent employment contract as a radiologic technologist with a time-limited pool assignment and a salary supplement of 7,000 kr/month. Responsibilities As a Radiologic Technologist in the staffing pool, you will rotate between the X-ray departments in Dalarna. You will work single days, shorter consecutive periods, and in queue-reducing assignments at various locations. The pace is sometimes high, and your workplace and tasks may be determined with short notice. We provide thorough orientation with experienced colleagues, tailored to your individual competencies and experience. We work with AGFA EI/Scheduling. Work includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Location: By arrangement. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed Radiologic Technologist with experience working with conventional X-ray and computed tomography Class B driver's license with manual transmission and access to your own vehicle (the region's vehicle pool cars are available for special occasions) Merits: Experience working with MRI. To succeed in this role, you must also be someone who works in a structured manner and is skilled at organizing and prioritizing your work. You enjoy variety, can work independently, are flexible and stress-resilient, and have good collaboration skills, as you will work closely with other staff members in the X-ray department.
