The work is largely independent but shared staffing also occurs. We work with fixed care contacts and ombudsman assignments where you as an employee have the opportunity to grow with responsibility while also being part of developing the operations. The position is a permanent full-time employment starting as soon as possible by agreement. The home care groups operate from Björkgården on Blombackagatan 27. We work with a 7-week schedule with service during day and evening shifts, and you work three out of seven weekends. The schedule also includes resource shifts to cover absences at other workplaces. QUALIFICATIONS For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has work experience from home care. We are looking for someone who is attentive, positive, and confident in individual meetings with users and has good ability to work independently with care tasks. Your inspiring and positive approach contributes to a good sense of community and joy for both the residents and your colleagues. You should be flexible as the work is based on close collaboration with your colleagues where you are expected to be able to step in and support when needed in both groups, as well as in other areas through resource shifts. We appreciate if you have experience meeting people with mental health issues. You are expected to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. This is because many of your work tasks consist of receiving instructions and passing on information in a correct and clear way. You should also have digital proficiency in computer and mobile device use as we use these as work tools.
