JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring that our residents have a meaningful and secure everyday life. You work with individualized care and have: • Scheduled activity time for residents • Allocated administrative time • A stimulating environment where you have great opportunities to influence and develop the activities QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Certificate of protected professional title for nursing assistant, or covered by transition rules (permanent nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023) Meritorious: • Experience working in elderly care • Good digital documentation habits As a person, you have good interpersonal skills and genuine commitment to the assignment. You are flexible within the operations and in the work group. You have good collaboration skills and are accustomed to prioritizing work tasks. As a person, you are confident in your role and want to work with the user in focus. In the work, you are comfortable with irregular hours and appreciate flexibility.
