It is also important that you can work independently and that you are flexible in your working approach. Your New Job You will work closely with residents in their daily lives to promote independence, participation, and meaningful existence. Job duties include care, medication management, household tasks, activities, social support and documentation, as well as contact person responsibilities. Your Competencies You are a Support Assistant, which requires a completed upper secondary program in children and leisure with a focus on social/pedagogical work or care and nursing with specialization in the disability/psychiatry program deepening, or another qualification that the employer deems equivalent You have experience within the disability field or other equivalent pedagogical or care work You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good computer skills You have good physical mobility as the work can be physically demanding Some positions require a Class B driver's license; otherwise it is a merit We are looking for someone who is attentive, accommodating, and patient.
