JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking support assistants for Employment according to LSS/SOL, with coordinated planning towards LSS housing and short-term care for children and youth within LSS. This means you will work every other weekend. In your role, you will be an important support for individuals with disabilities, working to support individuals in their daily work based on needs and approved services.
The work also involves:
• Carrying out services according to delegation, such as medical, rehabilitative and habilitative measures, as well as taking responsibility for medication management according to current procedures.
• Making continuous assessments based on the individual's needs and approved services.
• Responsibility for ongoing documentation and implementation of action plans.
You will be an important part of creating meaningful everyday life for service users, in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals.
The position is a permanent appointment and a temporary position until May 31, 2027.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Trained nursing assistant with a certificate from a Care and Health College or equivalent education and has experience working according to IBIC (Individual Needs at Center).
• Experience and expertise in the disability sector, particularly in autism, is meritorious.
• You can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• You have a Class B driver's license.
