Job Responsibilities As a support assistant with us, you work with supporting participants in their daily activities based on individual needs and our group activities. You plan and conduct activities – both in groups and individually – with the goal of creating a meaningful and joyful day. The work includes extensive collaboration with other actors such as HSL, Kommunrehab, MOS, and Mark and service. You work closely with colleagues, which requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and responsibility. Qualifications The role requires: Education as a nursing assistant or education and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent Experience working according to low-affect methods Experience within LSS that the employer deems relevant for the position Experience handling stressful situations Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Class B driving license for manual transmission Personal Qualities Your presence is stable and reassuring, which builds trust with participants. You are flexible and solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You find joy in creating activities that make participants feel included and engaged, and you do this with care and empathetic approach. At the same time, you are a team player who collaborates well with both colleagues and supervisors. You contribute to keeping the operation focused on participants' best interests, and you help create a positive work environment. Meritorious Qualifications Education or experience working within intellectual disability and autism Training in low-affect approach/Studio 3 Experience driving minibus and flatbed truck Employment Terms The position is a permanent employment with start date by agreement. The position is a daytime position Monday-Friday 7:45-15:45. Please include education certificates in your application as they will be requested if you become a candidate for the position. To be employed, you must provide an extract from the criminal records register, which will be requested if employment becomes relevant.
