JOB DUTIES We are now looking for temporary staff for residences with special support and children's homes. Residences with special support: • Residences with special support can take different forms; they can be individual apartments with a common area nearby, or apartments built under the same roof with shared spaces. Here you work with customers who have some form of functional disability or mental health issues. • You work in a team but also alone with the customer. You work in a supportive and motivating manner with the customer so that they can have an active life based on their life situation and wishes. Children's homes: • At our children's homes, children with a functional disability who have been granted the service of housing with special services according to LSS live. The children have their own rooms but shared spaces are available in the facilities. The children have access to staff 24 hours a day. Our children's homes are for child customers who have great needs for supervision and care. In all operations, we work in a health-promoting manner with the customer in focus. Work duties may include personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, outdoor activities, and documentation. Your work duties are described in a schedule that you follow during your working day. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who • Are positive, confident, and can work independently. Quality, approach, and collaboration are the most important success factors in our shared values. • We would like it if you have relevant education in care and elderly care, children and leisure, or equivalent experience. • For work with children and young people with special needs, experience with NPF diagnoses is required. • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Have technical skills (digital work tools). • It is a merit if you have a driver's license and driving experience. To work as a temporary staff member, you must be available at least 50% and be able to work days, evenings, and weekends. It is a merit if you can also work awake nights and sleeping on-call.
