We are seeking an occupational therapist for the rehabilitation unit at the hospital, placed on C3 Stroke, a nursing care unit with ten beds. The focus is on acute stroke care and rehabilitation following stroke, neurological diseases, and neurological conditions. On the unit, we work in teams. We are a dedicated work group that works together with a focus on person-centered care and a rehabilitative approach, with a strong desire to develop. Job Duties Supported Housing: We work motivatingly and supportively with the individual in their efforts to manage an independent life, and to achieve this we work with, among other things, ESL. All clients shall have an implementation plan with goals and reasonable sub-goals developed together with the client based on the individual's own circumstances and the assignment formulated by the social worker. We have different types of supported housing: Housing First, Support and Housing Team, Supported Family Housing, Sköldenborg, Malmögatan, Plutogatan 11, Carnot, Elineberg, and Fenix. Housing with Special Services: The tasks performed include both social support, activation and motivational work, as well as basic services such as support with cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, food and meal planning. HSL services in collaboration with and delegated by nursing staff occur. The activities include individual planning, offering social contact with the individual, and enabling cultural and recreational activities. Care and support services also occur here. We have two residential facilities: BSS Maria Sol and Plutogatan 9. Qualifications for Supported Housing - Education as a social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, social worker or equivalent with at least two years of post-secondary education, or currently pursuing such education - Knowledge of substance abuse and dependency and/or knowledge of social psychiatry - Experience working with substance abuse issues and/or social psychiatry in some form through work or internship Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Qualifications for Housing with Special Services - Education as a support assistant, care worker, nursing assistant or equivalent, or currently pursuing such education - You must perform delegated HSL tasks in your work.
