JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a treatment assistant at HVB Grindstugan, you support the young people in their individual development based on their implementation plan. The job responsibilities include planning, treatment, and follow-up in the treatment work for the youth. Other tasks include documentation, external contacts, and practical work with the young person. The work involves scheduled time during day, evening, night, and weekends. You have post-secondary education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment pedagogue, or other post-secondary education that we consider equivalent. Please note that education is a requirement. It is meritorious to have knowledge of motivational interviewing, low-arousal approaches, milieu therapy, as well as good documentation skills in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A category B driver's license is a requirement for employment.
