Amplius Omsorg is a care chain primarily focused on qualified assessment and treatment for children with or without parents. We also work with protected housing, open care, and family foster care. We are now seeking temporary substitutes for our team. You will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting journey and help shape our operations together with us. About Amplius Protected Housing Amplius protected housing is directed towards women and families with children aged 0-17, who are victims of violence in close relationships or honor-related violence and oppression. Everyone living with us receives support in the form of protection, practical assistance with government contacts, support conversations/children's conversations, and other practical daily support. The goal is to offer as normal and functional a daily life as possible in a vulnerable situation. Our housing options are located in southern Sweden and we offer accommodation in private apartments or in shared housing. The operations are conducted with a license from IVO. About the Role As a temporary substitute, you will meet children and adults based on their specific situation with a focus on protection. The work requires you to be a secure person who, with great empathy and commitment, helps create calm and security both practically and emotionally. You need to have the ability to create a close and good relationship and be attentive to our residents' needs and also understand their vulnerable situation. We work on behalf of social services, which includes conducting continuous risk and protection assessments and security planning. We work according to a quality management system with associated routines and policies where we systematically work to evaluate and improve our work. Cooperation with social services, other authorities, and activities is central to us. The work is varied and no two days are the same. You assist in the operations where needed and support our protection consultants. Your efforts will primarily be practical in nature, such as accompanying a resident to the bank, helping solve everyday problems that may arise, or preparing a housing unit before move-in. Some social documentation occurs in the position. The work tasks are mainly carried out in the home/accommodation of our residents, but can also be performed at the Amplius office. The work also includes picking up and dropping off people who are moving in or out with us. Working hours are weekdays during daytime, but evening work may occasionally occur based on operational needs, such as during pick-up/drop-off. You need to be available for work at least 5 hours/week on average or based on operational needs. About You We are primarily looking for someone who is studying to be a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or who has completed at least 4 terms in a social work program. It is meriting if you have worked with violence in close relationships and/or honor-related violence and oppression, preferably in direct client contact. As a temporary substitute in protected housing, you need to be secure, stable, and unpretentious. You have the ability to create good collaborative relationships and easily build relationships with those who live with us. You are solution-focused, flexible, and easily adapt to the changing conditions we have in our work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Your knowledge of Swedish and English is good. Additional language skills are meriting, as are skills in social documentation. We expect you to have good computer skills. A driver's license for a private car (category B) is a requirement.
