About the Position With us, you'll work with everything from troubleshooting, maintenance, and service to installations and smaller projects within property electrical systems for our key customer Lejonfastigheter. You'll become an important part in ensuring reliable electrical installations and will have the opportunity to make an impact by identifying improvements and contributing smart solutions. You'll be welcomed into a warm, competent, and collaborative team where we help each other and develop together. The role offers great breadth, from simple electrical installations to work with technically advanced equipment such as fan motors, controls, and pumps. At the same time, you'll gain valuable insight into other technical areas within property management, creating excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development. To succeed in this role, you need: Approved electrician training (ECY or B authorization) Experience reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting independently A couple of years of experience in the service electrician role Very strong ability to communicate with customers and colleagues Fluid command of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally via handheld device Class B driver's license is a requirement Merits Hot work certification Lift card Experience working with property management Experience with service & maintenance in other technical areas Experience with the Helvar system About You To solve varied types of tasks, your problem-solving ability is essential.
