About the Workplace The social psychiatry operations area encompasses several services including residential support, employment, and work rehabilitation. The overall purpose of these operations is to increase opportunities for recovery. About the Role and Your Responsibilities Working in Social Psychiatry means that you are a social and pedagogical support to people with mental health disabilities in a respectful manner. By creating security and structure, you support the service user in their recovery process.
