We are now hiring a Nursing Assistant for Parkgården in Dalum! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your primary task is to ensure that each person's care and support needs are met. We always start from the care recipient's needs and treat each individual with respect and warmth. With us, you get varied work where you combine personal responsibility with close collaboration. Together with colleagues and other professionals in elderly care, you work to ensure that each care recipient has a secure, meaningful, and active life with the opportunity to live as independently as possible. The work includes care and support services according to the Social Services Act, and the role also involves performing delegated health and medical care tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You assist care recipients in their daily lives, and your tasks include personal care, meal support, and social activities. The work also involves participating in various meetings such as team briefings, team meetings, and incident meetings. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends.
