In addition, you drive and apply Nytida's pedagogical framework, an approach based on accessibility, motivation, collaboration, interaction, and a holistic perspective. Documentation and implementation plans form the basis of the work to increase the service users' participation and goal achievement. Together with other staff members, you work toward making each day meaningful and enriching, performing care-related tasks, ensuring pleasant facilities, and participating in activities with the service users. Working hours are daytime, evening, weekends, and on-call night shifts. About Astagården Astagården is located in a very scenic environment 3.5 km north of Kungsbacka, surrounded by a large, beautiful garden. The residence is divided into two units: an LSS residential facility with six apartments and a SOL residential facility with 18 apartments. Astagården serves adults with mental disabilities. It takes 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus to reach the town center. • You have a coordinator close to you who works part-time in the operation. This could also be a career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge We believe that you who apply to us: • have a positive outlook and strong commitment to people • are conscientious and have personal maturity • enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues You have at least upper secondary education in healthcare and care or equivalent training. It is a merit if you have experience working with this target group. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
