About the Role As a service manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrical service assignments. You are a central part of the operation and work closely with electricians, customers, suppliers, and other colleagues to ensure that assignments are completed with high quality, good profitability, and satisfied customers. You lead the daily work within the service operation and play an important role in creating structure, building long-term customer relationships, and developing the business. The role offers great variety where technology, administration, and customer contact go hand in hand. Your responsibilities include: Plan, lead, and follow up on service assignments and smaller projects. Allocate work tasks and coordinate the work of service technicians. Be the primary contact for customers and build long-term relationships. Prepare quotations and follow up on calculations, costs, and results. Handle procurement, material orders, and supplier contacts. Ensure that documentation and reporting are up to date and accurate. Identify opportunities for upselling and contribute to the development of the service business. Handle change orders, agreements, and follow-up of changes. Work actively with quality, work environment, and continuous improvements. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: Secondary education in electrical engineering, electrical power, or equivalent experience is a merit. Experience from service operations, electrical installation, or contracting in the electrical industry. Experience in work management, planning, or coordination is a merit. Good understanding of electrical installations and technical systems. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical descriptions. Experience in budgeting, quotation work, and financial follow-up. Experience working in business or operations systems and strong Excel skills. Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written. Basic English skills. B-class driver's license. As a Person You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong customer focus. You are used to prioritizing, making decisions, and handling multiple assignments simultaneously without losing focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
