QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with higher education of at least 180 credits in a field relevant to the position, where the employer determines the relevance of the education. You also have professional experience as a manager/leader and with budget and personnel matters. It is important that you have professional experience in the Culture sector and experience working with larger personnel groups.
