Evaluator at the Centre for Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Region Stockholm The Centre for Occupational and Environmental Medicine is seeking an evaluator for a regional project conducted by Region Stockholm in collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and nine municipalities. The project's overall goal is to help more people who are far from the labor market obtain and retain employment or begin studies. The project works with individually tailored and evidence-based methods. Responsibilities As an evaluator, you will, among other things: Plan and conduct monitoring and evaluation of the project's goals, results, and indicators, Follow the implementation of the project's methods and approaches, Analyze organizational conditions and obstacles for implementation and long-term sustainability, Report back and discuss results with project management, steering committee, and participating organizations, Coordinate contacts with educational institutions, researchers, and other expertise, Contribute to knowledge dissemination and ensure that the project's experiences are applied in regular operations. What We're Looking For You have experience in evaluation, monitoring, or investigation work and strong knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative evaluation methods. Experience with implementation, employment or rehabilitation initiatives, collaboration projects, or evaluation of complex interventions within public sector operations is a merit. You need to be able to work independently with analysis and have a strong ability to collaborate and communicate results to different audiences. Experience with collaboration between research and practice is a merit. For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area: - background checks will be conducted prior to employment decisions according to the Stockholm County Healthcare Area's general instructions for background checks in employment. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo new employee health screening, according to applicable directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment. - in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of Swedish language is required at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
