What We're Looking For You have experience in evaluation, monitoring, or investigation work and strong knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative evaluation methods. Experience with implementation, employment or rehabilitation initiatives, collaboration projects, or evaluation of complex interventions within public sector operations is a merit. You need to be able to work independently with analysis and have a strong ability to collaborate and communicate results to different audiences. Experience with collaboration between research and practice is a merit.
