At Göinge Utbildningscenter in Sibbhult, we offer Municipal Adult Education in SFI, basic and upper secondary level, as well as Individual Programs at the Upper Secondary level. Within Komvux, we also offer Vocational Training in Industry, Grounds Maintenance, and Healthcare and Nursing. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are seeking a vocational instructor who, with your healthcare expertise, will teach and guide our future nursing assistants in close collaboration with your colleagues in our excellent facilities at Tranan in Sibbhult. The work team consists of trained and experienced instructors who teach healthcare-related subjects. Close collaboration with language and social studies instructors is also included. We work student-centered and have guidance counselors, curriculum coordinators, and special education specialists available. You and your colleagues will plan and develop instruction both theoretically and practically. You will work in fresh facilities with well-equipped learning spaces that also enable simulation. Language-developing working methods and Quality Assurance of subject content Gy25 will be prioritized, as will continued work to increase collaboration with municipal activities that receive our students during work-based learning periods. QUALIFICATIONS We seek you with extensive experience from Healthcare and Nursing work, and it is meriting if you also have a vocational instructor certification. Experience in neurology and LSS activities as well as subject teacher certification is meriting. The job duties require a solution-focused approach, flexibility, and strong collaboration skills. As a person, you are patient and can create a safe environment for our students. You have well-developed communicative and pedagogical skills, you are clear, friendly, and can manage conflicts. You are positive and demonstrate commitment to teaching and learning, and want to be part of developing healthcare education at Göinge Utbildningscenter. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, as well as a driver's license, are requirements. Employment form: Permanent position.
