Your work tasks include: Recruit and assess family homes for children and young people. Build and maintain relationships with family homes and other stakeholders. Conduct documentation that aims to ensure legal protection for those involved. Work Tasks As a Family Home Coordinator with great commitment at Kungälvs Municipality, you will have a meaningful role where you work to support and guide family homes in their important mission. Your main responsibilities include: Assessment and evaluation of family homes as well as matching of children and families. Support and follow up family homes through regular check-ins and supervision. Work actively to develop and implement individual plans for each family. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals within social services to ensure the best possible support for children and families. Create and conduct training and information meetings for family homes. Document and report cases in accordance with applicable guidelines and laws. Qualifications Degree in Social Work and experience working with family home care or as an investigator within social services.
