About the Workplace
Fullriggarens Care Home is beautifully located in Råå, next to the Öresund coast and scenic walking paths. The area offers easy access to shops, restaurants, libraries, and excellent transportation. The facility has 64 apartments distributed across five wings, two of which specialize in dementia care. We are a Silvia-certified organization, meaning all staff are trained in person-centered dementia care and work systematically to create a safe and meaningful daily life for our residents. We offer a pleasant and stimulating environment with common areas, a winter garden, and a large garden featuring a greenhouse, outdoor gym, and pétanque court. Together with our residents, we create enriching days through both individual and group activities, such as seaside walks, tandem cycling, and various health-promoting activities.

Job Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant, you will provide individualized care and support to our residents in a way that makes each person feel unique and included. Your duties include performing health and healthcare tasks according to instructions and delegation, and you will actively contribute to ensuring our residents achieve good quality of life based on their individual circumstances.
You will work with people experiencing various illnesses and functional limitations, and your role involves creating security for both residents and their families. We provide support through assistance with personal hygiene, meal situations, social activities, and outdoor time.
Other responsibilities include documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and acting as a contact person for residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with training as a nursing assistant. You have experience working in elderly care, preferably with experience in care for people with dementia, and education and/or documented experience in dementia care. You have strong knowledge of LifeCare, the BPSD registry, and Senior Alert. Additionally, you have experience with care planning and working systematically with implementation plans and documentation.
You work in a person-centered manner and have a strong ability to create security and inclusion for residents. Since documentation and communication are important aspects of the work, you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have experience from a Silvia-certified organization or have completed Silvia training. It is also advantageous if you have experience mentoring colleagues or taking expanded responsibility in daily work.
